JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise and provide guidance to the team on verifying information of master route, cost & price, and Transport Management System (TMS) record to ensure the database is accurate and correct by the deadline.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the team on coodinating with the clients or other stakeholders as assigned by Sales Team by the deadline.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the team on improving Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in accordance with KPIs and Service Level Agreement (SLA) of the company.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the team on customer complaints i.e. monitoring, root-cause analysis, solving and preventive analysis.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the team on customer satisfaction survey i.e. work plan, coordination with related Departments, feedback development.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the team on reports/summaries i.e. complaints, SLA, warranty, and other related reports for the Executives.
  • Plan and initiate the activities or projects to build the strong relations with the clients.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 7-10 years experience in sales support or customer service.
  • Good command of English, both written and speaking.
